At least 3 years of experience in the UAE in building construction in a comparable role.
Job Responsibilities
1. Understanding of Quantity Take-off
2. Interim payment certificate procedure
3. Knowledge of the construction project process for buildings.
4. Participate in meetings for project updates and coordination as needed.
5. Coordinate with Project Control to oversee variation and claim matters throughout the company.
6. Participate and provide updates on the status of claims and related actions during monthly target meetings.
7. Contractual communication alongside the project manager and PQS for complex/significant claim matters.
8. Final Accounts (Client/Subcontractors) alongside pertinent parties.
9. Continuously oversee tender/contract comparison activities along with the appropriate personnel. Periodically assess Contract Review Checklists.
10. Organization-wide Claims recognition and management
11. Examination of all subcontractor claim concerns, as needed.
12. Regular evaluation of payment certificates for all subcontractors to guarantee that payments are processed according to the subcontract agreements.
13. Contractual/Claim matters concerning Client payment requests prior to the Final Account
