Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, preparing tenders, managing budgets, conducting project cost controls, and collaborating with suppliers and contractors. Additional responsibilities include analyzing project data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. The role will require close coordination with the engineering and operations teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and project cost control Experience in preparing tenders, contracts, and financial reports Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data analysis and project evaluations Excellent communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with contractors and suppliers Experience with scaffolding products, engineering, or construction projects is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field Familiarity with relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar applications Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
