Quantity Surveyor

AED 5,000 - AED 10,000 per month

Dubai, UAE (On-site, Full-time)
Experience:
2 to 5 Years Required
The Role: Construction Projects
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial management on construction projects, ensuring strict budget adherence and maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Cost Management:
Leading
cost control, cost management, and cost planning
activities.
Documentation:
Preparing accurate and detailed
Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
and managing comprehensive cost reporting.
Contract Expertise:
Demonstrating strong knowledge of
pre- and post-contract procedures
, with mandatory proficiency in
FIDIC contracts
.
Collaboration:
Working closely with project teams to monitor budgets and provide financial guidance to ensure project delivery within budget.
Reporting:
Preparing regular and insightful cost reports for senior management.
What You'll Bring (Must-Haves):
Experience:
2 to 5 years
of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering,
or a related field.
Industry Focus:
Mandatory experience in the construction industry.
Contract Knowledge:
Proven experience and knowledge of
FIDIC contracts
is a must.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in relevant quantity surveying
software and tools
.
