We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive
Quantity Surveyor
to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background incost estimation, quotation preparation, supplier management
, andproject scheduling
usingMS Project or Primavera
.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate
bills of quantities, cost estimates, and project quotations
. Source, evaluate, and negotiate withsuppliers and subcontractors
to ensure competitive pricing and quality materials. Develop and monitorproject schedules
usingMS Project or Primavera
to ensure timely completion. Managebudget control, cost tracking, and project financial reports
. Review and evaluatecontract variations, claims, and progress payments
. Collaborate closely with theproject management team, engineers, clients, and suppliers
for smooth project execution. Maintain an up-to-date database oftrusted suppliers
to support ongoing and future projects.Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of comprehensive experience
inQuantity Surveying
andquotation preparation
(UAE experience preferred). Strongnetwork of local suppliers
and knowledge of UAE construction materials and pricing.Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera
isa must
. Excellent command ofEnglish (spoken and written)
to effectively communicate with management and clients. Bachelor's degree inQuantity Surveying, Civil Engineering
, or a related field. Strong analytical, negotiation, and multitasking skills. Ability towork independently
