Job Description

We are looking for a
skilled Quantity Surveyor
with hands-on experience inswimming pool and landscaping projects
.The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing project costs efficiently from estimation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets
Managetendering, pricing, and cost control
Evaluatevariations, claims, and subcontractor invoices
Coordinate withsite engineers, procurement, and clients
Ensure compliance withproject specifications and standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience
in the UAE Proven experience inswimming pool and landscaping projects
Good communication and coordination skillsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
