Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Quantity Surveying
Fit-out background is highly preferred
Strong understanding of post-tender activities, cost control, and variation analysis
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and reviewing
BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
Support senior QS team in
post-tender evaluations and contract administration
Coordinate with project and procurement teams to ensure
cost efficiency
and timely project completion.
Maintain accurate project documentation and cost tracking reports
