Job Description

We, Summit Labour Supply Services, are a recruitment company and we are looking to employ a competent and dedicated worker Quantity Surveyor to be deployed in a leading company based in Dubai.

A

Quantity Surveyor

plays a key role in balancing project costs with quality, ensuring that systems are installed efficiently and within the client's budget.

At least 2 years and beyond experiences Preferably

Any Nationality

Salary will be based through experience & during interview

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents. Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements for accurate quantity take-offs. Evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations. Monitor and control project costs during all phases of construction. Prepare progress payment applications, variation orders, and cost reports. Assist in contract negotiation and ensure compliance with terms and conditions. Conduct site visits to verify quantities and assess work progress. Provide advice on cost optimization and value engineering. Prepare final accounts and close-out documentation. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
