Responsiblities
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs for civil, mechanical, and electrical works in STP projects.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and support procurement.
Verify site progress and certify subcontractor payments.
Assist in preparation of claims, variations, and change orders.
Support project cost control, budget monitoring, and monthly progress invoicing.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and consultants on commercial matters.
