Assist in site surveys and creating damage report.
Assist in requesting quotations, samples, proforma and tax invoices to suppliers as directed by Procurement manager.
Assist procurement team in forecasting, budgeting, controlling, procuring materials and sub cons project wise or as directed by Procurement Manager.
Coordination of on-going site deliveries to Project Managers.
Perform duties as required by the team.
Assist finance team in creating profitability report for all projects.
Requirements
Desired Skills & Experience
A minimum of three to five years' experience in landscaping and pools in the UAE
Comprehensive understanding of detailed drawings for both landscaping and pools is essential
Strong written reporting skills
Understanding of Authority approvals and requirements
Ability to work to deadlines & under pressure
Previous Middle East experience is essential
Recent experience on luxury residential projects is highly desirable.
Candidates will need to be highly organized and have document control experience
Driving License preferable
