to join our Facility Management & Maintenance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budget preparation, tendering, and cost control of maintenance and building projects, ensuring value for money and compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQ for maintenance projects.
Evaluate tenders, quotations, variations, and subcontractor payments.
Conduct site visits to assess work requirements and verify quantities.
Monitor project costs, prepare progress claims, and finalize accounts.
Maintain accurate records of costings, contracts, and project documentation.
Support project managers with financial planning, risk management, and cost savings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or related field
knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and contract administration.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
