Required 1-2 years UAE experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Survey. A candidate who is ready to work under pressure to achieve target dates for submission of tenders to Govt. authorities/clients. Should have excellent knowledge in drawings and be able to take the quantities and estimation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for interior fitout projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs. Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates and pricing trends to ensure competitiveness. Monitor project budgets and expenditures throughout the construction phase. Identify and report on cost variations and potential budget overruns. Develop cost control strategies to keep projects within budget. Assist in the procurement process by preparing and evaluating tender documents and contract agreements. Deliver the monthly cost report and outline the billing process to clients. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to construction cost management.

Qualifications:

Possessing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Survey Demonstrating proficiency in AutoCAD. Good knowledge of Excel and Word (MS Office). Minimum 1-2 years UAE experience in Quantity Surveyor / Estimator in interior fitout /similar field. Having experience producing construction documents. Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Can work under pressure Please note we are looking a candidates who are on a visit visa / cancelled employment visa and who are ready to join immediately. Not for a job opportunist. Salary - 3000 - 5000 AED ( Based on Experience/Performance)
