:
Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
Strong background in cost estimation, tendering, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation
Experience in landscape or civil works (hardscape, softscape, irrigation, lighting, etc.) is ideal
Role
: Breaks down project drawings/specifications into a Bill of Quantities, calculates materials, labor, subcontractor costs, contingencies, and profit margins.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
