Prepare BOQs and tender documentation based on interior design drawings and project specs.
Analyze project variations and prepare claims and cost reports.
Handle subcontractor evaluations, payments, and contract management.
Monitor project budgets, financial progress, and cost control.
Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and project managers.
Conduct site visits to assess work progress for valuations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
2-5 years of experience in
interior fit-out or joinery
projects (UAE experience is a must).
Strong understanding of market rates, materials, and subcontractor scopes.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software
