Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
Manage tendering processes, contracts, and procurement.
Conduct cost analysis and track project expenditures.
Provide accurate reports on cost planning and value engineering.
Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure budget control.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and cost control.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in QS software and MS Office.
