We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP quantity surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for MEP systems, specially mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing and firefighting, mainly in fit-out and construction projects.
:
1. Assist in preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates for construction projects
2. Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
3. Support the preparation of tender documents and contract administration
4. Preparing and submission of notices for Variations Client / Consultants. Study of scope, BOQ, Specifications and advice clarifications to the team as required.
5. Provide assistance to Procurement on Vendor finalization, Work orders, Purchase Orders
6. Extensive skills in negotiation and handle client or sub-contractor meetings.
7. Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials.
8. Keeping track of materials requirement as per the budget set and ordering accordingly when required.
