Job Description

We are urgently required Quantity Surveyor with Civil Engineer background with minimum 3-4 years experience to join our team immediately

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. Perform cost control and cost analysis throughout project lifecycle. Evaluate subcontractor quotes and manage procurement processes. Monitor project budgets and prepare cost reports. Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards. Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants. preparation of sub contractors payment certificate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

* Valid UAE driving license (Preferred)
