We're seeking a highly skilled
Quantity Surveyor
to manage cost estimations, budgeting, and financial planning across ourluxury fit-out, construction, landscape, and renovation projects
.Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate
Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
, cost estimates, and tender documents Analyzeproject budgets
and monitor expenditures to ensure cost efficiency Evaluate and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure financial alignment Undertake pre-site assessments to prepare accurate BOQs and post-site verifications to ensure completed works are delivered in full compliance with the approved BOQs. Demonstrated expertise inpre- and post-contract management
, encompassing budgeting, tendering, contract execution, variations, and final settlementsKey Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Quantity Surveying
,Civil Engineering
, orArchitecture
Minimum4+ years of experience
in fit-out, construction, or renovation in Dubai & Abu Dhabi Strong knowledge ofproject costing, procurement, and contract administration in the UAE.
Proficient in MS Excel, project costing software, and BOQ preparation Own vehicle with valid UAE driving license Based in or aroundDubai
