Quantity Surveyor

with a strong background in

estimation

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for interior fit-out and renovation projects. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and materials to develop detailed pricing. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for material and labor quotations. Assist in budget planning and cost control from design to project completion. Participate in tendering processes, including reviewing bids and evaluating risks. Coordinate with project managers to ensure financial targets and deadlines are met.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum

3 years of experience

in the construction/interiors industry, with a focus on

estimation

. Proficiency in estimation and measurement software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, AutoCAD). Strong understanding of local market rates, materials, and suppliers in the UAE. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience in

interior fit-out projects

in Dubai or the UAE market. Knowledge of UAE regulations and construction standards. Membership in professional bodies such as RICS or AIQS is a plus.
