We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Quantity Surveyor (RTA Approved)

to join our team for an upcoming RTA project for an RTA Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, contract management, and project coordination within the road and transport sector.

AED 12,000 / month

Experience:

Minimum 3 years (with RTA Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and monitor cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for RTA projects. Manage project costs and budgets, ensuring alignment with RTA standards and contractual obligations. Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders with proper documentation. Conduct site visits to verify quantities and progress, supporting accurate reporting. Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and RTA representatives to resolve commercial and contractual issues. Ensure compliance with RTA procedures, guidelines, and approval processes. Prepare interim for contractors and consultants. Provide commercial and contractual advice to project stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

RTA Approved

with valid certification/approval.
- Minimum

3 years of experience on RTA projects

- Strong knowledge of RTA standards.
- Proficient in cost control software, MS Excel, and project management tools.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
