Job Description
We are seeking a
Quantity Surveyor
with3-4 years of proven experience
in theswimming pool and landscaping industry
. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of project cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, and contract administration.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and bills of quantities for landscaping and pool projects. Analyze project drawings and specifications. Handle procurement, pricing, and material cost comparisons. Support tendering and contract management processes. Coordinate with project managers and site engineers. Ensure cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in landscaping and swimming pool projects (mandatory). Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software. Strong communication and documentation skills. Available for immediate or short-notice joining is a plus.
