Description: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team for a prestigious townhouse and villa project in Dubai, UAE.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quantity surveying and cost management, particularly in the context of complex residential developments.
Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Quantity take off and preparing BOQ Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction process. Prepare monthly payment certificates as per actual executed quantities. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of quantity surveying experience in UAE construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local market pricing in Dubai. Proficiency in cost estimating and quantity surveying software. Plan swift, AutoCAD or related programs expirence

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
