Job Description

:

Study the Full set of Tender Documents and Prepare Quantity Take Offs, Bill of Quantities, Cost Analyses, Rate Comparisons and Final Offers Identify, Source, Seek and Follow-up for Quotations from Suppliers for materials Identify the Conflicts in the Tender Documents To prepare tender documents and bills of quantities. To prepare tender analysis report and conduct tender clarification meetings and negotiation. Cost Control of the Projects to ensure the Projects Costs fall in line with Project Budgets To prepare running bills and statement and completion. Prepare Baseline Program of the Project with detailed breakdown of activities, links, Cost and Resource Loading, visualizing the full work schedule over the course of Project Duration Prepare Project Cashflow, Manpower Histograms for the Project.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/ BSc in Quantity Surveyor. 5+ years of UAE experience in QS and estimation roles within the construction sector. Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and Plan Swift. Strong understanding of UAE market rates, tender processes, and local regulations.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
