Job Description
Budget preparation, project cost monitoring, and detail cost estimates.
Preparing and managing contracts, change orders, and other relevant documentation.
Evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotes, negotiating prices, and managing procurement strategies.
Identifying and assessing potential financial and construction risks.
Communicate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders on cost-related matters.
Analyzing project costs to identify opportunities for cost savings and value improvement.
Conducting site visits, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects stay within budget.
