Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
detailed cost estimates
for joinery and interior fit-out works, including material take-offs and labor projections. Assess and allocatemanpower requirements
according to project timelines and execution plans. Monitor and controlproject budgets
, ensuring adherence to approved cost plans and minimizing cost overruns. Prepare, submit, and trackproject invoices
in line with contract terms and actual site progress. Coordinate withproject, procurement, and site teams
for real-time tracking of material and labor costs. Generate and maintainmonthly cost reports
,cash flow forecasts
, and assist infinancial reporting
. Conductcost analysis
,value engineering
, andrisk assessments
to enhance project profitability. Evaluate and negotiatesubcontractor quotations
to achieve cost-effective procurement. Support the procurement team withBOQ breakdowns
, scope definitions, and rate validations. Collaborate with finance and management duringmonth-end closing
, providing timely and accurate data.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Quantity Surveying
,Civil Engineering
, or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience
in interior fit-out/joinery/interior contracting industries. Proven experience injoinery estimation
,labor costing
, andprogress-based invoicing
. Strong command ofBOQ preparation
,AutoCAD
, andMicrosoft Excel
; experience withERP systems
is an advantage. Sound knowledge ofcommercial practices
,contractual procedures
, and cost control principles. Excellentnumerical
