is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Quantity Surveyor
with proven experience in aluminum, glass, and steel fabrication and installation. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in cost estimation, contract evaluation, and site supervision for high-end architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and evaluate BOQs and quotations for aluminum, glass, and steel scope
Conduct site measurements and material take-offs from drawings and specifications
Coordinate with fabrication and site teams to validate progress and ensure cost alignment
Monitor and control budgets, variations, and claims throughout the project lifecycle
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors regarding project scope and financials
Assist in contract administration, progress invoicing, and final accounts
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years UAE experience in site supervision and quantity surveying for metal works
Strong knowledge of aluminum, glass, and steel components and installation practices
Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and QS software tools
Excellent reporting and communication skills
Valid UAE Driver's License (mandatory)
