Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs and detailed cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
Manage and monitor project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
Analyze and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
Prepare and review interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure accurate cost planning and control.
Ensure adherence to contracts, procurement procedures, and project timelines.
Assist in value engineering and provide cost advice to internal teams and clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2-3 years of UAE experience
in
residential interior fit-out
is mandatory.
Strong understanding of residential material specifications, market rates, and local suppliers.
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
