. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in cost estimation, contracts, BOQs, and FIDIC standards, with strong experience in both UAE and home-country commercial roles.
Key Responsibilities
:
Prepare and review
cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
Work on
pre and post-contract commercial management
Analyze drawings and specifications using
Cost X, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, CAD
, etc.
Handle procurement, contract evaluation, and variation claims
Ensure compliance with
FIDIC contract standards
Support project teams in commercial decision-making and contract negotiations
Qualifications & Experience
:
Education
: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with Quantity Surveying Certification
Preferred
: Master's in Contracts or Procurement Management

UAE
: Minimum 2 years (with consultants or main contractors)
