Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze project cost estimates and budgets
Manage project payments and valuations
Monitor materials, labor costs, and project timelines
Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor quotations and contracts
Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and tender documents
Handle cost reporting and variation claims
Ensure compliance with project specifications and legal standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in the UAE
Strong understanding of local construction market and materials pricing
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
