QS Engineer

Full job description

We are seeking a skilled Bachelor's degree QS Engineer, 3-6 years minimum solid background in the consulting office responsible for managing contractual matters across all project phases, including tendering, contract administration, and closeout. You will support the project and construction teams, review contractual claims, and coordinate with stakeholders including legal, finance, and procurement.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and submission of tenders in compliance with project requirements.

Manage tender invitations, maintain tender logs, and collaborate with team members on project scope.

Conduct detailed quantity take-offs, prepare accurate estimations, and analyze tenders, liaising with clients and contractors for clarifications.

Familiar with Materials and preparation of construction specifications is a must.
Key Qualifications:

Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and tendering procedures.

Strong understanding of tendering processes, legal compliance, and documentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP systems, and tendering platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good negotiation and communication skills.

UAE based and site experience is a Plus.
