About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Quantity Surveyor
to join our growing construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects, with a focus on cost efficiency and value.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement
Prepare and manage interim valuations and final accounts
Assess and certify subcontractor payments
Support the project team in contract administration and change management
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants
Requirements:
Qualified in Quantity Surveying (Degree or Diploma)
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction industry
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS software tools
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Preference will be given to
candidates
with relevant experience
