to support our ongoing and upcoming projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the effective cost management of construction works and project materials, from initial estimates to the final acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with budget Conduct site visits for quantity take-offs and progress evaluation Prepare interim payment applications, variations, and final accounts Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and quality standards

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum [X] years of experience in QS (preferably in [your industry]) Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software like Plan Swift or Bluebeam Strong understanding of construction methods and materials Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Attention to detail with strong time management
