Position Title: Quantity Surveyor (For High Rise Building Contracting Company)
/ Responsibilities:
Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience in the UAE with a Building Contracting Company.
Must have strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, construction processes, and contract law.
Should be able to handle quantity, interim and subcontractor/supplier's payments and variations effectively, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
Should be able to handle both pre and post contracts.
Work location will be at the site office/Main Office
Seeking qualified candidates with a valid UAE Driver's License.
