Urban Science Building Contracting is looking for Quantity Surveyor who has minimum 3 years of experience in Post Contract & Pre Contract - (FITOUT)
:
Preparation of Cost planning and Cost Estimates
Handling of pre & post contract calculations, quantity take-off and correspondence
Measurement of bills of quantities
Prepare Tender Documents & tender addendum, tender analysis & negotiation
Evaluation, negotiation and selection of suppliers / sub-contractors
Understanding of specifications and knowledge of materials and their applications
Attending pre-tender meetings, site visits, and preparation of site visit reports
Checking and verification of contractor's interim payment certificates
Preparing cost budgets and prices for contract variations
Monitoring project cost and preparation of cost reports
Requirement:
3 years of U.A.E experience in Fitout Industry who knows Post & Pre Contract
AutoCAD quantity take-off experience
The Candidate must be readily available to Join
