Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented
Quantity Surveyor
with specialized knowledge inJoinery estimation
,manpower allocation
, andproject invoicing
. The successful candidate will play a key role in cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting, while supporting accurate and timely month-end processes.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
cost estimates
for joinery and interior fit-out works, including material take-offs and labor requirements. Assessmanpower requirements
based on project timelines and site needs. Monitor project budgets and ensure alignment with approved cost plans. Prepare, submit, and follow up onproject invoices
in accordance with contractual terms and progress. Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for material and labor cost tracking. Managemonthly cost reports
, project cash flows, and assist in financial forecasting. Conductcost analysis
, value engineering, and risk assessments. Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate for cost efficiency. Support procurement team withBOQ breakdowns
and scope of work definitions. Assist inmonth-end closing
by providing required data and reports to finance and management.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Quantity Surveying
,Civil Engineering
, or related field. Minimum 4-6 years' experience infit-out/joinery / interior contracting
industries. Strong knowledge inBOQ
,AutoCAD
, andExcel
; experience withERP systems
is a plus. Proven experience injoinery estimation
,labor costing
, andprogress invoicing
. Good understanding of commercial and contractual procedures. Excellentnumerical
,analytical
, andcommunication
skills. Minimum 2 to 5 Years GCC Experince.Preferred Skills:
UAE market experience is highly preferred. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
