Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
cost estimates
for joinery and interior fit-out works, including material take-offs and labor requirements.
Assess
manpower requirements
based on project timelines and site needs.
Monitor project budgets and ensure alignment with approved cost plans.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on
project invoices
in accordance with contractual terms and progress.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for material and labor cost tracking.
Manage
monthly cost reports
, project cash flows, and assist in financial forecasting.
Conduct
cost analysis
, value engineering, and risk assessments.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate for cost efficiency.
Support procurement team with
BOQ breakdowns
and scope of work definitions.
Assist in
month-end closing
by providing required data and reports to finance and management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Quantity Surveying
,
Civil Engineering
, or related field.
Minimum 4-6 years' experience in
fit-out/joinery / interior contracting
industries.
Strong knowledge in
BOQ
,
AutoCAD
, and
Excel
; experience with
ERP systems
is a plus.
Proven experience in
joinery estimation
,
labor costing
, and
progress invoicing
.
Good understanding of commercial and contractual procedures.
Excellent
numerical

analytical
, and
communication
skills.
Minimum 2 to 5 Years GCC Experince.
Preferred Skills:
UAE market experience is highly preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
