We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team specializing in foundation and groundworks construction. The QS will oversee project costs, manage contracts, perform valuations, and ensure financial efficiency from tender to final account stage.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs)
Analyze project drawings and technical documents to prepare accurate pricing
Manage subcontractor procurement and payment applications
Monitor project costs and report variances
Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
Conduct site visits for progress assessments and variations
Collaborate with site managers and engineers for project updates
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Minimum 3 years' experience in foundation or civil engineering projects
Proficient in estimating software
Strong understanding of contracts
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Experience
Working knowledge of piling, shoring, ground beams, retaining walls, underpinning
Familiarity with geotechnical survey interpretation
