The Role

Guildhall is recruiting on behalf of a well-established real estate and construction development company based in Dubai. Our client has an impressive portfolio of residential and commercial projects across the region and is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities: - Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for construction works. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, verify completed work, and identify cost variances. - Prepare tender documents and addenda, and assist in the procurement process. - Evaluate and analyze tender submissions to ensure compliance and value for money. - Review and verify contractor interim payment certificates and track approved variations. - Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures. - Deliver clear and timely cost reports to senior management for strategic review. - Maintain structured and accurate project documentation related to cost and contracts. - Use best practices in cost planning, estimating, and value management to support budget and scope alignment. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the UAE or GCC within a similar role - Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost analysis, and contract administration - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, BOQ preparation tools, and document formatting - Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications - Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach - Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently - Open to all nationalities



Requirements
