We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Quantity Surveyor Engineer

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading

cost estimation

, preparing accurate

Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

managing budgets

, and

ensuring financial efficiency

across a range of construction projects. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams to support precise cost planning and maintain effective budgetary control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage

Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

based on project specifications and drawings. Monitor, control, and report on

project costs, budgets, and financial performance

. Evaluate and manage

variations

,

claims

, and

procurement processes

. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure

accurate cost estimation

and efficient execution of projects. Maintain and prepare

cost reports

and other project-related documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree

in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience

in

quantity surveying

within the

construction and contracting industry

. Proven experience in

cost management for building projects

. Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimating software).
