in the UAE
Bachelor's degree inQuantity Surveying
orCivil Engineering
Strong understanding ofUAE construction regulations

Excellentanalytical

skillsMust hold a valid UAE driving license

Prepare
Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
andaccurate cost estimates
Conductcost analysis
and provide detailed project financial forecasts Manageprocurement processes
and vendor negotiations Monitorbudgets, expenditures

Collaborate withcontractors, engineers, and clients
to ensure project accuracy Advise oncontractual and risk management
