Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial plans.
Monitor and control project costs.
Manage contracts and handle tendering processes.
Certify payments and final accounts.
Provide financial reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of cost management and contracts.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
