Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents based on project drawings and specifications. Analyze and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations. Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets. Evaluate and manage variations, claims, and change orders. Measure and certify subcontractor work for interim and final payments. Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flows, and project financial statements. Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and site teams to ensure cost-effective execution. Prepare and settle final accounts with clients and subcontractors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum

5+ years

experience in quantity surveying for

interior fit-out

projects in the UAE/GCC. Strong knowledge of contract conditions (FIDIC, etc.) and local regulations. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., Candy, CostX, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. UAE driving license is a plus.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
