Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
Monitor project costs and financial progress
Ensure compliance with contract terms and financial regulations
Support claims and dispute resolution
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and costing methods
Proficiency in cost management software
2+ years of relevant experience
