Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled
Quantity Surveyor (QS)
PROJECT BASED ONLY with at least 5-7 years of experience in the Construction, Interior fitout and Project Management field in UAE to join our team. The successful candidate must be fromI N D I A
and able to join as soon as possible.Responsibilities:
- Conducting cost estimation and preparing tender documents
- Managing project costs and budgeting
- Evaluating and negotiating contract terms
- Providing advice on cost management and value engineering
- Conducting site visits and measurements
- Coordinating with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, and contractors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and project management
- Proficient in construction software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
