We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, comparing actual expenses to budgets, and ensuring the profitable delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
2. Estimate costs, calculate material needs, and map out project timelines.
3. Compare actual costs to budgets and identify variances.
4. Analyze and report on project expenses, identifying areas for cost savings.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
