Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, based in Dubai. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and overseeing cost planning and reporting. The role involves providing accurate cost management and ensuring projects stay within budget, from design to completion.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning Experience with preparing and managing BOQs Expertise in Cost Reporting and providing accurate cost assessments Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with various teams Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field Experience in interior contracting, furniture manufacturing, and joinery works is an advantage
