Job Vacancy: MALE QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Our Company is seeking a skilled
Quantity Surveyor
to join our team in the UAE. If you have5-6 years of experience and a strong background in the construction industry in UAE, this can be your chance!
Qualifications:
5-6 years of experience in the UAE as a Quantity Surveyor.
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
In-depth knowledge of local building regulations, construction methods, and materials.-Proficiency inAutoCAD, MS Office, and cost estimation software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work with teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.with
VALID UAE Driving License
Must be MALE
Responsibilities:
Prepare
bills of quantities (BOQ)
and cost estimates for construction projects. Conduct cost analysis and provide accurate project forecasts. Oversee procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective purchasing. Manage and monitor budgets, expenditure, and project timelines. Collaborate with contractors, clients, and engineers to ensure accurate project delivery. Assess and manage project risks and advise on contractual matters.Job Type: Full-time
