We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Quantity Surveyor

to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in

infrastructure projects

and

site supervision

, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work within budget and schedule constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for infrastructure projects. Conduct quantity take-offs, material measurements, and cost analysis. Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with budgets. Prepare interim payment applications, variation orders, and final accounts. Conduct site inspections to validate contractor claims and progress reports. Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve any commercial issues. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project specifications. Support project managers with financial reporting and risk management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum

5-8 years

of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE. Strong background in

infrastructure

projects (roads, utilities, drainage, etc.). Proven experience in

site supervision

and cost control. Familiarity with UAE construction laws, standards, and regulations. Proficient in quantity surveying software (e.g., CCS, Candy, CostX) and MS Office. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. UAE driving license is an advantage.
