We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
Perform cost analysis for construction projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
Track variations, manage change orders, and ensure cost control.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
Manage procurement and negotiate with suppliers.
Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
10 years of relevant experience in a contracting environment.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
