Job Description

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or quantity surveying.

2. ?Min 4-7 years of experience with background on high rise projects.

3. ?Attention to details.

4. ?Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

5. ?Expert in plantswift & CAD

6. ?Working knowledge of MS office and ERP systems.

7. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Job role:

1. Provide accurate quantity take-offs for Job budget.

2. Review and Check the job budget and revise incase of any modification/Revision.

3. Check and prepare the cost implications for all variation order.

4. ?Check all the MRF and confirm if the requested materials within the budget.

5. ?Follow up all the delivery notes .

6. ?Review subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statement for approval.

7. ?Prepare the subcontractor payment applications and issue the payment certificate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

UAE: 5 years (Preferred) * High Rise Building: 4 years (Preferred)
