Role Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team full-time at our Dubai office. This is an on-site role focused on supporting our construction and interior fit-out projects. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost planning and control, BOQ preparation, and comprehensive cost reporting throughout all phases of project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on project drawings and specifications

- Review and interpret technical drawings; ensure alignment with project scope and cost estimates

- Produce or modify basic drawings when necessary to support quantity take-offs and cost planning

- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle

- Perform cost analysis and maintain control over project expenditures

- Provide timely cost reports and updates to project stakeholders

- Assist in procurement processes and contract administration

- Identify potential cost risks and propose value engineering solutions

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field

- Proven experience in cost control, BOQ preparation, and cost planning/reporting

- In-depth understanding of construction and fit-out project lifecycles

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with local procurement regulations and practices

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
