We are hiring a meticulous Quantity Surveyor (QS) to handle the commercial and contractual aspects of interior fit-out projects. The role requires excellent costing, estimation, and BOQ preparation skills with UAE market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analyses for interior fit-out works.
Evaluate tender documents, drawings, and scope of works.
Conduct site measurements and verify subcontractor invoices.
Track project costs, variations, and prepare interim/final payment applications.
Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams for timely resource planning.
Assist in value engineering and cost-saving strategies.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
23 years UAE experience in interior fit-out QS.
Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
Familiarity with joinery, finishes, and material pricing in UAE.
Detail-oriented with strong negotiation and communication skills.
